THE MOUNTAIN STATES STORY
Mountain States Business Brokers Team at Keller Williams Realty of Northern Colorado began as Colorado Business Brokers began in early 1997 as an independent Colorado business brokerage firm focusing on the northern Colorado Front Range but also engaging in transactions in all parts of Colorado. From January, 1998 until March, 2006 we represented the Sunbelt Business Brokers franchise in northern Colorado and many buyers and sellers will recognize us under that banner. Over the years the firm grew, not only in the size and number of successful transactions, but in coverage. 
By the end of 2005 we had successfully completed transactions in Wyoming and New Mexico as well as Colorado and it was time once again for a change. In March, 2006 the name was changed to Mountain States Business Brokers to reflect the expanded geographic growth of the business. Our associates have represented businesses from Wyoming to Texas in various advisory and/or brokerage capacities as we continued to grow. Still, there was a feeling that there was a better way to provide better professional services to our clients. Recognizing that a truly regional presence was needed, a search was undertaken for a quality partner to bring that to fruition.
On February 26, 2010 the Mountain States Business Brokers Team at Keller Williams Realty of Northern Colorado was born with the creation of the largest and longest standing business brokerage in northern Colorado. The Keller Williams philosophy and leadership is a perfect match for the Mountain States determination to provide only the highest level of ethical intermediary services on a win-win basis for our buyers and sellers. Keller Williams knows how to do things right and we can bring that knowledge to bear on a greater array of transactions. The depth of business and industry knowledge available to our buyers and sellers in unmatched in the industry. Whether engaged by a business owner to create and guide in exit planning and find and finance a suitable buyer, or by an individual buyer or buyer group to identify and assist in negotiating an acquisition the full talent of the Mountain States Business Brokers Team and the Keller Williams Realty organization is available.
